We are recruiting for an experienced Digital Copywriting Manager (French/English) to join our growing marketing team. This role will be based from Brossard Head Office in QC.

Job Overview:

As the Digital Copywriting Manager (French/English), you will own the high‑volume production of persuasive, audience‑engaging, SEO‑driven copy in both English and French. Working with cross‑functional teams, you’ll ensure every deliverable meets campaign objectives, regulatory requirements, and brand‑voice guidelines, while consistently hitting ambitious throughput targets. When needed, you’ll brief and direct freelance copywriters, translation vendors, and external agencies to handle surge volumes or specialty projects, maintaining quality and brand integrity. You will champion 123Dentist and clinic brands across web, social, email, and other digital channels, serving as both social‑media ambassador and guardian of our written standards.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Plan, write and deliver high‑volume copy output by collaborating with stakeholders to define content scope, style, and layout for 500+ clinic sites and national campaigns.
  • Produce and publish bilingual content at scale, web pages, blog articles, social posts, email sequences, webinars, white papers, and more, ensuring each piece is engaging, brand‑consistent, and conversion‑focused.
  • Edit, proofread, and validate translations provided by internal teams and external vendors, elevating quality while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Lead a scalable website copy engine, blending AI‑powered drafting with human editing to deliver large volumes of original, high‑quality French and English content.
  • Optimize AI workflows and customize AI tools to maximize efficiency without sacrificing editorial integrity or regulatory compliance.
  • Own the full SEO content lifecycle, keyword research, on‑page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, H‑tags), and performance monitoring using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, rolling content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives, clinic launches, and promotional campaigns, coordinating closely with compliance, media, and web development teams.
  • Oversee CMS publishing (e.g., WordPress), formatting, scheduling, and deploying content across hundreds of clinic websites in a timely, error‑free manner.
  • Safeguard brand voice and regulatory standards across all high‑volume outputs, adapting workflows to balance speed with quality and compliance.
  • Analyze content performance data (traffic, engagement, conversions), generate actionable insights, and refine strategies to continually improve reach and ROI.
  • Engage and direct external writers, translators, or third‑party agencies as needed, providing clear briefs, timelines, and quality checkpoints to support high‑volume or specialty projects.

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years producing high‑volume, SEO‑optimized website copy in both English and French.
  • Exceptional editorial skills with flawless written and verbal communication in both English and French.
  • Expertise with SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.) and the ability to translate data into actionable copy insights.
  • Fluency in French and English, with a proven track record of writing persuasive, conversion‑focused copy in both languages.
  • Healthcare/dental content experience strongly preferred; familiarity with dental‑association marketing guidelines is an asset.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for healthcare advertising and patient communications.
  • Hands‑on CMS proficiency (WordPress or similar) for formatting, scheduling, and publishing content at scale.
  • Experience leveraging AI‑powered content tools to streamline production while maintaining editorial integrity.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Bilingual fluency (French & English), able to write persuasively in both languages.
  • Expertise in SEO website copywriting: keyword research, on‑page optimization, and analytics‑driven iteration that drives organic traffic.
  • Proven track record of planning, producing, and publishing high‑volume bilingual copy across web, social, and email, delivering speed without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered content tools, ensuring streamlined and efficient workflows while maintaining editorial integrity.
  • Strong skills in keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO to maximize search engine rankings.
  • Proven ability to craft persuasive ad copy and high-converting digital content.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt tone and style based on target audiences and brand guidelines.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams including SEO specialists, compliance officers, design teams, and media managers.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure content performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Ability to source and manage vendors on demand, setting expectations, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring alignment with budget, brand voice, and regulatory requirements.
