About Unizportal

Unizportal is a growing international education company that partners with education agents, colleges, and universities across Canada. We are expanding our presence in British Columbia and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our partner network and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new education agents across British Columbia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agent partners.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings and office visits with education agencies.
  • Present Unizportal programs, services, and partnership opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly targets for new partner acquisition and student enrollments.
  • Organize partner training sessions, networking events, and business presentations.
  • Work closely with the admissions and operations teams to ensure excellent partner support.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and business opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Represent Unizportal at education events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Experience in the international education industry is highly preferred.
  • Existing network of education agents in British Columbia is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid BC Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
