Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill the position of a Service Drive Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time vehicle appraisals for existing customers, working closely with them to explore upgrade options or suggest alternative vehicles based on their evolving lifestyle needs. Using V auto, you will accurately appraise vehicles, review existing payouts and loans, and develop tailored deal structures to ensure a seamless and effortless customer experience.

Additionally, you will leverage equity mining software to identify targeted upgrade opportunities and maximize customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct real-time appraisals of customer vehicles using V auto, including assessing vehicle condition, value, and equity.
  • Utilize equity mining software to identify targeted upgrade or replacement opportunities based on customer data and vehicle equity insights.
  • Engage with customers proactively on the service drive to discuss vehicle needs, upgrade opportunities, or alternative options.
  • Review and analyze existing payout and loan information to craft unique deal structures that benefit both the customer and the dealership.
  • Provide excellent customer service by making the vehicle upgrade or replacement process effortless and enjoyable.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, market trends, and luxury auto industry updates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of active selling or management experience in luxury auto sales.
  • Proven success in customer engagement, sales, or management roles within the luxury automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisals, loans, and payout structures.
  • Experience using V auto or similar vehicle appraisal tools.
  • Familiarity with equity mining software and leveraging data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience managing or leading sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury vehicle features and market values.
  • Ability to create customized deal structures tailored to individual customer needs.
