Summary

As a Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert construction, painting and restoration techniques. Reporting to the project manager, you will utilize your core skills in construction painting alongside premium skills in drywall and restoration to deliver high-quality results. Your ability to read blueprints and schematics will aid in executing detailed projects, while your customer service skills will ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, your proficiency in caulking, patching and time management will be essential in maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction painting and residential painting
• Proficient in drywall installation and restoration techniques
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding schematics
• Ability to perform commercial painting tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and time management abilities
• Familiarity with caulking and use of hand tools
• Basic carpentry skills and rigging experience

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
