Role Description The Pizza Chef is available as both full-time and part-time positions and is based on-site in Richmond Hill and Vaughan, ON Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are strictly followed to maintain a safe kitchen environment. Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients for various pizza toppings. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food served. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help with inventory management by tracking stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of pizza-making experience required; experience in Italian cuisine is an asset. Strong food preparation and cooking skills with knowledge of restaurant operations. Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Ability to prepare sauces and toppings while maintaining quality and consistency. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Culinary training or a Food Handler Certificate is an asset. English proficiency preferred. Passion for creating high-quality dishes and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
