About the role

Are you an experienced BCFSA-licensed Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships with owners and tenants? Are you excited by the opportunity to help establish and grow a respected residential property management presence in Victoria while being supported by an experienced team? On behalf of our client RE/MAX Rental Pros, we are seeking a licensed Property Manager to join their new team in Victoria, BC.

RE/MAX Rental Pros has built a strong reputation for providing professional residential property management services that give owners peace of mind and confidence that their investments are well cared for. As they expand their presence in Victoria, they are looking for a Property Manager who shares their commitment to service excellence, professionalism, and continuous growth.

Why would you consider this opportunity?

This is an opportunity to help grow the Victoria presence of an established and respected property management company. Unlike many property management roles, your focus will be exclusively residential rental properties, with no strata or commercial portfolio. You'll be supported by dedicated accounting, marketing, and maintenance teams, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants.

In addition, you will enjoy: Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience with additional commission opportunities A Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) with limited after-hours responsibilities and emergency on-call support shared through a rotational schedule Established systems, processes, and administrative support The opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Victoria operation and eventually help build and lead a local team A collaborative, team-focused culture that values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement

What could your day as Property Manager include?

Property Management Building strong relationships with property owners and serving as their trusted advisor Onboarding new clients and properties with support from the broader RE/MAX Rental Pros team Conducting move-in and move-out inspections to a professional standard Communicating proactively with owners regarding property performance, tenant matters, and recommendations Ensuring tenancy agreements, documentation, and processes comply with applicable legislation and company standards Coordinating maintenance and repair requests through dedicated support resources Managing your portfolio using established systems and property management software Resolving issues professionally and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service

Community Presence and Business Growth Over time, you will also have opportunities to help grow the Victoria operation by: Building relationships with local realtors, mortgage brokers, investors, and other referral partners Representing RE/MAX Rental Pros at community and networking events Identifying opportunities to expand services through existing owner and tenant relationships Contributing ideas and insights that support the continued growth of the Victoria market

What do you bring?

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: Valid BCFSA Rental Property Management licence or transferable license Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and related regulatory requirements in British Columbia Experience using property management software Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Highly Beneficial: Existing relationships within the Victoria real estate community Experience supporting business growth and client acquisition Previous experience mentoring or leading others
