About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Prime Earn team, covering our survey and/or gaming monetization verticals. You'll manage a portfolio of publisher partners, own the relationship end to end, and be the person responsible for making sure their revenue actually grows. You'll be expected to read performance data, spot where a partner is leaving revenue on the table, and go fix it or flag it, without waiting to be told.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of mobile and web publisher partners across surveys and/or gaming offer monetization Understand each partner's business and tailor monetization strategy and communication to fit them Analyze data and revenue trends to build clear, actionable optimization plans Identify upsell opportunities (e.g. a survey-only partner who could add gaming, or vice versa) and drive them Coordinate with product, tech, and ops to resolve technical issues quickly Analyze performance trends and provide clear, actionable recommendations Drive high partner satisfaction and long-term retention

Qualifications

3+ years in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Partnerships, or Publisher Success Candidates must have experience managing publishers (apps/webs) that already monetize through rewarded solutions, including gaming, surveys, and non gaming offers. Comfortable working with performance data (CPI, EPC, ROAS, CVR, LTV) to inform decisions, not just relay numbers Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style across very different partner types and cultures Strong ownership mentality, comfortable operating with minimal process in a fast-growing environment Ability to work independently and manage priorities across time zones in a remote-first setup Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
