The Role:
Given the global expansion, B-Engaged is seeking a Junior Manager Brands & Athletes for the North America region. The position reports to the Brand Manager North America and serves as a key member of the brand team servicing athletes and brands. You will develop upon the existing B-Engaged client processes, proactively manage both talents and brands, develop partnerships strategies for clients and prospective clients, help secure new business and revenue for B-Engaged North America.

About You :
- Strong interest in sports and social media communities
 - Knowledgeable about social media platforms and fan/consumer engagement in North America
 - Organised, enthusiastic, and hardworking
 - Deep skills in Social Media & Content Management
 - Creative and solution oriented mindset
 
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for cultivating and maintaining social media profiles and content banks for clients
 - Development of content assets from briefs through to editing
 - Run Social Media channels for clients alongside industry trends, new technologies and sports industry trends in alignment with an editorial plan
 - Support in the development & delivery of sales presentations, materials, and collateral
 - Develop framework for client business reviews, including data analysis, collateral creation and tactical recommendations
 - Create and manage marketing plans and budgets that deliver to KPIs
 - Updating and refreshing global and local systems to maintain workflow and integration of the North America office into the global office
 - Online and Offline research; develop and execute research for internal use to identify and secure content campaigns and marketing opportunities in sport
 - Creative solutions for client needs, from graphics, photography, video and motion.
 - Support on concept development with the creative team for pitch decks and additional sales material.
 - Create sales reports for personal sales funnel.
 
Qualifications:
- Minimum two year’s experience working within a relevant field of the sporting industry with Adobe Creative Suite
 - University degree in a related field
 - This role requires deep knowledge of the sports creative industry, as well as strong interpersonal skills to help drive alignment among various stakeholders, while also influencing go-to-market strategies that optimise for growth, adoption and value for sporting audience
 - Strong communication skills
 - An in- depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and sports industry trends across various sports
 - Excellent copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns & clients simultaneously
 - The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexible
