About the role

Company Description aspire physio | wellness is a locally owned and operated clinic dedicated to supporting the health, wellness, and personal goals of individuals and communities across Prince Edward Island. The interdisciplinary team is focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care using industry-leading treatment approaches. The clinic is committed to staying ahead of the curve by offering current treatment techniques that help clients return to daily life and reach their full potential. Client goals and needs are central to every care plan, ensuring personalized, results-driven physiotherapy and wellness services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Stratford, PE. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions, creating individualized treatment plans aligned with each client’s goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial and follow-up assessments, delivering hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions, and educating clients on injury prevention, self-management, and wellness strategies. The role involves documenting clinical notes accurately, collaborating with other healthcare and wellness professionals, and participating in continuous learning to incorporate current best practices into client care. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to a supportive, client-centered clinic environment that reflects the values of aspire physio | wellness.

Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Prince Edward Island, with a recognized degree in Physiotherapy. Strong clinical skills in assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning. Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals, functional needs, and evidence-based practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients and collaborating within a interdisciplinary team. Solid documentation and organizational skills, with attention to detail and commitment to professional standards. Demonstrated interest in ongoing professional development and staying current with modern treatment techniques and approaches. Experience in private practice or outpatient musculoskeletal settings is an asset.
