About the role
The École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) is a constituent institution of the Université du Québec network. Specializing in applied engineering teaching and research and technology transfer.
We are launching our recruitment campaign to fill several temporary administrative support positions. Contracts are for an initial term of three (3) to six (6) months, with possibility of renewal.
Available positions include:
- Secretary
- Customer Service Clerk
- Study Management Officer
Your daily role will be to:
- Welcome, inform, or provide a variety of customer services (phone, in person, email)
- Write, format, and correct documents (exams, forms, minutes)
- Manage your administrative unit's schedules
- Perform computerized data entry
Requirements:
- DEP in secretarial studies or AEC in office administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration, office work or customer service
- Proficiency with Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, O365)
- Positive and collaborative attitude
Temporary contracts, 3 to 6 months. Montréal, Griffintown district.
