Job Purpose

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at The Body Shop Canada, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our supply chain and inventory management functions. You will support key processes related to inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, international freight, and third-party logistics (3PL) to ensure timely and accurate product movement across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Order Management (Amazon, Shoppers Drug Mart and Other)

  • Manage end-to-end wholesale orderlifecyclesusing ERP systems from order entry throughfulfillment,invoicing.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally withSupplyChainand customerto ensureaccurateorder processing, inventory allocation, pricing validation, and on-time delivery for wholesale accounts.
  • Analyze order flow, backorders, and fulfillment metrics toidentifyprocess improvements, reduce errors, andoptimizeoperational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory replenishment and restock planning through Amazon Seller Central, including FBA shipment creation, forecasting, reconciliation of inbound shipments, and resolution of inventory discrepancies.
  • Process and manage wholesale purchase orders for Shoppers Drug Mart through SPS Commerce, including PO acknowledgment, ASN creation, invoicing, compliance validation, and chargeback resolution.
  • Support coordination ofweekly retail replenishment and allocation activities, ensuringaccurateandtimelyproduct distribution to stores. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including in-stock performance, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover tomaintainoptimalinventory levels and supportsales objectives.

Logistics & Freight Forwarding

  • Inbound:Create and manage inbound container records, ensuringaccuratedocumentation, tracking, and on-time delivery.

  • Customs & Compliance: Support customs clearance by preparing and verifying documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with Canadian import regulations.

  • Freight Forwarding Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders to manage shipping schedules, booking accuracy, and delivery timelines.

  • Vendor Invoice Auditing:Review vendor invoices against purchase orders and shipment records to ensure billing accuracy. Escalate discrepancies for resolution.

  • Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Support:Coordinate with 3PL partners tomonitorstock levels, track shipments, and resolve warehouse issues related to storage or fulfillment.

  • Vendor Shipment Discrepancy Management: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor shipment documents and physical inventory received.

  • Prepare and distribute daily reports on in-transit orders and shipment volumes, whilemonitoringand tracking on-time delivery performance for LTL and courier shipments.

  • Monitor Shopify to ensure thetimelyreceipt and processing of incoming orders and provide ongoing support to store locations as needed.

  • Store Shipment Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with retail locations andlogisticsteams toidentifyand correct store shipment variances.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, ora related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain(wholesale order management)or inventory coordination, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes,import/export compliance, and inventory systems.
  • ProficientinBrightpearl, Inventory Planner,Shopify,Microsoft Excel, and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience working withlogisticsplatforms and 3PL systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with internal teams and external partners.
