About the role
We are hiring a Production Support Engineer with strong Capital Markets (FX Trading) experience to support mission-critical trading applications in a fast-paced banking environment. Required Skills: 3+ years of Production/Application Support experience Capital Markets & FX Trading knowledge FX Products: Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, FX Options PnL, VaR & Risk Management concepts SQL & Stored Procedures UNIX/Linux & Shell Scripting Windows Server, IIS & Windows Services Control-M and Geneos monitoring tools Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: Support and monitor FX trading applications Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Middle Office, and Back Office teams Coordinate with global support teams in London and New York Support change management, DR/BCP activities, and documentation
