The Position:
Neelands is searching for an Invoicing Clerk to support our Accounts Receivable team. The Invoicing Clerk will be primarily responsible for processing and invoicing service transactions and providing coverage for reception.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit maintenance and service invoices to customers
  • Match and receive purchase order to service work orders during invoicing
  • Track, review, approve and issue invoices
  • Investigate and identify reasons for delay in approvals (i.e., missing documentation)
  • Assist with past due or denied invoices
  • Accurately upload invoices to customer portal or email directly to customers
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer requests and inquires
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Provide coverage for reception as needed
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an invoicing or similar administrative role
  • Postsecondary education in accounting, or related work experience
  • Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Acumatica is ideal or another ERP program
