We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Planning Coordinator with a wage range of $22 - $28 per hour at our Operations Office in Stony Plain, AB.
The Store Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization by coordinating store planning administrative tasks, collaborating with stores and vendors, and ensuring workflows run efficiently. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational effectiveness, and assists management in implementing, monitoring and measuring maintenance procedures.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of all Store Planning programs
- Manage, measure, and monitor all Store Planning programs
- Maintain equipment inventory and vendor management
- Coordinate Equipment and Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Programs to all store locations including:
- Annual & Semi-Annual Inspections
- Service Calls
- Create Purchase Orders for Equipment and Supplies
- Preparation and maintenance of operational reports, records, and documentation
- Assist with the coordination of store projects, renovations, and new build projects
- Assist Store Planning Director with other duties as assigned
- Reports to the Director of Store Planning
What you Bring:
- Minimum 1 year required, 2-3 years preferred in maintenance administration or related field
- Practical knowledge of Alberta Building Code requirements (Fire & Safety, Electrical, Structural, etc.) is an asset
- Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work fully in-office independently or as a team
- Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
- Experience with AutoCAD is an asset
- Experience in food manufacturing or retail industries is preferred
