The Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic IT programs and projects across multiple divisions. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will partner with IT, business analysis, and change management teams in a dynamic, multi-location environment. Join Master and help improve lives and communities!
What You Will Accomplish With Us
- Lead end-to-end project management of complex initiatives.
- Define and manage project portfolios and ensure alignment with PMO best practices.
- Plan, organize, and guide project teams to deliver high business value.
- Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and resource capacity.
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency on project progress.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
What You Bring To Our Team
- Degree in business administration, project management, or related fields.
- PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP) and other relevant credentials.
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years managing complex transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent planning abilities.
- Customer-focused, innovative, and adaptable.
- Committed to teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Proficient with MS Project and project management tools.
- Experience in multi-geography distribution environments is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.
Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
