###Amico Corporation, a leading manufacturer in the healthcare construction industry, is seeking a proactive and solutions‑oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role requires someone who can think independently, manage multiple priorities, and confidently lead projects from start to finish.
###The ideal candidate understands the construction and manufacturing process and can effectively coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and external partners. Hands‑on renovation or construction experience is a strong asset. We value practical experience, problem‑solving ability, and sound judgment just as much as formal education.
##Key Responsibilities
- ###Prepare, update, and maintain project quotes
- ###Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- ###Participate in technical discussions with contractors and project stakeholders
- ###Create and submit comprehensive submittal packages
- ###Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with minimal supervision
- ###Coordinate internally across departments to ensure smooth project execution
- ###Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong professional relationships
- ###Travel to the United States as required for project needs
###Qualifications
- ###Construction or manufacturing knowledge
- ###Strong communication skills
- ###Practical, common‑sense problem solving
- ###Renovation experience is an asset
- ###Medical field experience is a plus
- ###Engineering background is a plus
