About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of our dealership and the guide for every customer's buying journey. From the first hello to the moment they drive off in their new vehicle, you build trust, understand needs, and deliver an experience that turns first-time buyers into lifelong customers. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role with strong earning potential for people who love people and love to win.

What You Will Do Greet and connect with customers in the showroom, by phone, and through online leads Understand each customer's needs, budget, and lifestyle to recommend the right Ford or Lincoln vehicle Conduct engaging vehicle walkarounds and test drives that bring the product to life Guide customers through the full sales process, from selection and trade-in appraisal to financing and delivery Follow up consistently with leads and past customers to build repeat and referral business Manage your pipeline using the dealership CRM and meet agreed-upon monthly targets Stay current on the Ford and Lincoln lineup, features, pricing, and promotions Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain compliance with all OMVIC and provincial regulations What You Bring Minimum 1 year of sales experience Automobile industry experience is a strong asset A valid Ontario driver's license with a clean abstract OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting) Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends What We Offer A strong, established brand with high showroom traffic Competitive commission and bonus structure with excellent earning potential Ongoing Ford and Lincoln product training and professional development A supportive team and a clear path for career growth A respected dealership with a loyal customer base Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln is an equal opportunity employer.
