The company is recognized for delivering specialized industrial and commercial solutions including air duct cleaning, high dusting, mold remediation, HVAC installation, insulation, pressure washing, and facility maintenance . With an established presence in the Gatineau/Ottawa region and contracts spanning from Kingston to Montreal, the business is now expanding its dedicated B2B sales team to capture new opportunities in manufacturing, food processing, and specialized facilities.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive new business in the commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is bilingual, brings an existing network or book of business in the industrial sector, including manufacturing, food processing, or specialized facilities , and is motivated to build revenue through cold outreach and site visits. You will be responsible for selling a portfolio of facility services, from air duct cleaning and mold remediation to HVAC installations and maintenance with clear earning potential and the opportunity to grow into a future sales leadership role as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities
- Conduct cold calls and onsite visits to prospective commercial/industrial clients
- Sell a portfolio of services including: air duct cleaning, high dusting, mold remediation, facility maintenance, HVAC installations, pressure washing, and insulation
- Prepare and present professional proposals and estimates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your network
- Use company CRM systems (Pipedrive and ServiceMonster) to manage leads and track sales activity
- Meet sales targets and contribute directly to company growth
- Participate in weekly accountability check-ins with the Director of Operations
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to conduct cold outreach and site visits
- Tech-literate; comfortable using CRM systems
Preferred:
- Existing client portfolio or professional network in the industrial sector, ideally in manufacturing, food processing, or facility industries
- Experience in HVAC, facility maintenance, or industrial supply/distribution
What the Client Offers
- Base salary of $85,000 annually
- Gas allowance provided (flat rate per month)
