Job Description: TDM Architect High level TDM job description8 to 15 years of experience in Test Data Management using tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphi, Informatica TDM, Javelin, and Gericke. Strong hands-on expertise with Broadcom TDM components including TDM Portal (project creation, data modelling, masking, generation, self-service), Fast Data Masker, Data Maker, Data Subletting, and Javelin workflow design. Proven experience with the Delphi platform for data virtualization, self-service portal configuration, data cloning, and automation through REST APIs. Skilled in designing and implementing enterprise-level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including data provi-sioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, cloud storage) and ability to handle both structured and unstructured data sources. Experience integrating TDM solutions within Agile and DevOps frameworks, including automa-tion, CICD pipelines, and data pipelines. Ability to manage end-to-end test data lifecycle from request intake to delivery and restoration, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Strong ana-lytical skills to assess business needs, architect scalable data management solutions, and continu-ously improve TDM processes. Familiarity with data quality, ETLELT processes, data profiling, and con-tainerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
