About the Role: Thrive at Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Home Health Aide to support a client in their home. This role involves a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with morning routine (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene)
• Safe transfers (bed ? wheelchair, shower chair, etc.)
• Skin integrity monitoring and repositioning
• Light housekeeping related to care needs
• Companionship and supervision during downtime
• Maintain clear communication with the client and owner
• Follow safety protocols and client preferences

Qualifications:

• Certified Health Care Aide required
• Experience working with clients with Alzheimer, Dementia and Down Syndrome
• Training in safe client handling and transfers
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to update)
• Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
• Reliability, professionalism, excellent communication

Schedule & Availability:

• 3 hours per day
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Must be dependable and punctual

Compensation:

• 20?$25/hour, depending on experience
• Additional hours may become available
