Description
Locum dates are flexible and per locum availability - any help during the summer months would be appreciated! We are a rural community with lots of outdoors to explore. This is a shared practice between 2 docs in a clinic with 3 other practices. We share weekend rounds (1/6 weekends). Emerg and OB are optional. Inpatient and LTC (currently only 2 very stable LTC patients) management mandatory. Usually a 4 day/week practice (but if you wanted 5 days/week we could give you more work). Currently, both GPs in this practice work 2.5 days in clinic and both of us do maternity and emergency. We would both be happy to take time off to allow enough patient volume for locum.

About BC Family Doctors
The Society of General Practitioners of BC (SGP) has a robust history of standing for the needs of family physicians and their patients. In 2020, after 30 years as SGP, we became BC Family Doctors to better reflect our community and support our purpose of building an environment where all family doctors thrive.
We believe that whether you provide longitudinal community-based family medicine, hospitalist medicine, addiction medicine or maternity care, we are all family doctors.
Whether you did a rotating internship or have a CCFP designation, we are all family doctors.
Our commitment to our patients and our expertise in primary care unites us all.
