We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Member Services, so if you’re passionate about improving people’s financial health and have proven experience with personal and business lending, deposit policies, practices, procedures and general branch operations, we’d like to hear from you.

What’s the role?

As an Assistant Manager, Member Services, you are responsible for the supervision of the branch employees and all general operations of the branch. You will manage and direct the member services function within established policies and procedures and be accountable for branch portfolio growth by coaching and developing a team of representatives to provide superior service to our growing membership. The Assistant Manager, Member Services will deliver a seamless cross-divisional experience that provides members with access to a full range of financial services to build deeper relationships that improve the financial well-being of members and Coastal Community.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma requiring 3-4 years of full-time study or have an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • 6-9 years of progressive financial experience;
  • Advanced understanding of policies and procedures;
  • Thorough understanding of credit union operations, principles and values.

Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:

  • Proven knowledge of personal and business lending, deposit policies, practices, procedures, and general branch operations;
  • Solid understanding of the competitive environment in the financial marketplace, and local communities within the region;
  • Proven social networking skills with ability to connect with individuals inside and outside the organization, using existing and new centers of influence, and representing the organization to members, clients, the public, and other external sources.

Part Time Roll Range (Hourly Wage) - $38.03 to $48.65

The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
