We currently have an opening for aSharePoint Administrator Co-op - Supply Chain, come grow with us!
The successful candidate will join us for the co-op term starting in May 2026. This is a 4 to 8 month co-op depending on candidate availability.
This position supports the Commodity Teams transition to the newest version of SharePoint by assisting in the review, update, and creation of digital forms and related documentation. The role ensures that forms function correctly, are user friendly, and are supported with clear instructions to enable smooth future maintenance and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Assist with SharePoint Migration
- Support the team in transferring existing content, forms, and workflows to the newest version of SharePoint.
- Validate migrated content for accuracy, structure, and functionality.

Update Existing Digital Forms
- Review current forms for accuracy, layout, and relevance.
- Implement updates to improve usability and ensure alignment with new SharePoint standards.

Create New Forms and Templates
- Build new digital forms based on team requirements using SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, or related tools.
- Ensure new forms follow consistent formatting and meet user experience expectations.

Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct functionality testing to confirm forms collect and store data correctly.
- Identify errors, broken links, or inconsistencies and document findings for corrective actions.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Prepare clear instructions and process notes for all forms and SharePoint updates.
- Support the creation of reference materials for future maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Communications, or a related field.
- Basic SharePoint or Microsoft 365 training
- Experience with Microsoft Forms or Power Apps (asset)
- Basic understanding of SharePoint or web based content management
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to document processes clearly
- Familiarity with form building tools (SharePoint forms, Microsoft Forms, InfoPath, or PowerApps)
