About the Role

This is an opportunity to directly impact the success of the biggest names in the restoration industry. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the driving force for new partnerships, responsible for prospecting, managing the sales cycle, and building lasting customer relationships. We are seeking a sales superstar who can deeply understand client needs and demonstrate how Encircle's solutions can deliver game-changing results. If you excel at building relationships, closing deals, and thriving in a dynamic team environment, this role is for you.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Own the Sales Cycle: You will manage the entire sales journey, from prospecting and generating leads to delivering creative proposals and closing deals, utilizing the SPICED sales methodology.

Become a Trusted Advisor: Dive deep into customer needs to define how Encircle's platform can meet their strategic objectives.

Connect and Communicate: Actively listen and build rapport with prospects through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Master the Art of Persuasion: Educate prospects on the value of Encircle's solutions through compelling remote demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences, from front-line staff to leadership teams.

Hit and Exceed Targets: Develop and manage a monthly sales forecast to meet and exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas.

Problem-Solve Creatively: Effectively overcome obstacles within the sales cycle with perseverance and creative solutions.

Collaborate and Thrive: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

✅ What You Bring

Proven Sales Prowess: A minimum of 5 years in direct sales with a stable and proven track record of achievement.

Lead Generation Mastery: Experience building account based plans, cultivating leads and gaining access to decision-makers, including the C-level suite (CEO, CFO, COO), business owners, and VPs.

Deal-Closing Expertise: A background in developing and executing deal-close plans that establish your organization as a strategic partner.

Prospecting Powerhouse: The ability to manage a strong prospecting cadence to create a diverse set of quality leads.

Hunter Mentality: Creative, persistent, and driven to build pipeline, win new business and crush quota.

Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with sales tools like Gong and Docusign

Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
