About the Role
Dynamic Heating and Cooling—Hamilton’s fastest-growing family-owned HVAC company—is looking for technicians that want to grow their skillset, have a minimum of 7 years experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Technician and have a self-starter attitude! 4th year 308A apprentices are welcomed to apply!

Competitive Compensation
Base Pay: $28–$43/hour (depending on experience)
Commissions:
- On equipment replacement sales from qualified referrals
- On residential and commercial maintenance package sales
- Bonuses for verified Google reviews after service
- Performance Bonuses for meeting and exceeding service and customer goals
Our lead installers earn more through initiative, craftsmanship, and mentorship—not just time on the clock.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a sheet metal installer
- G3 gas ticket or G2 (preferred)
- Valid 308R certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an HVAC installer or sheet metal construction
- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proven ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and installation manuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as required
- Leadership mindset with a focus on quality, teamwork, and mentorship

About Dynamic Heating and Cooling
Dynamic Heating and Cooling was founded on December 2018. From December 2018 to 2021, Dynamic Heating and Cooling has grown to a team of 3 office staff members, 13 technicians on the road operating full time with no downtime and they are all managed by Shawn, the owner of the company.
We have been working on expanding our commercial division and recently signed our first full comprehensive maintenance contract with a building located in Stoney Creek. This is a big step for the company and there are many more to come!
Dynamic Heating and Cooling works on projects ranging from a small installation to projects lasting several months.
Our office staff focuses on everything from dispatching, payroll, collections, advertising and marketing, media releases and project management as well as project coordination!
The area of expertise of our technicians varies from Sheet Metal, HVAC Service, HVAC Installations, Commercial HVAC, Helpers currently learning the trade, Apprentices and Co-op students.
Over the past year, the company has brought over 6 full time members to the team and continues to grow.
