At Omnicion Engineering, we specialize in high-precision CNC & VMC machining — delivering precision-engineered components that meet the most demanding specifications. As we grow, we're looking for a driven Sales Manager who can open doors with large OEMs and industrial firms, understand their component requirements, and bring that business to our shop floor.

🔧 What We Do We manufacture precision machined components using state-of-the-art CNC & VMC machines, serving both domestic and international markets.

🎯 Your Role

• Identify and approach large firms/OEMs to understand their product & component requirements
• Convert those requirements into business orders that our CNC/VMC facility can execute
• Generate enquiries, RFQs, and manage the full sales cycle
• Develop new business in Indian and Export markets
• Build long-term relationships with industrial customers
• Coordinate with our engineering & production team for quotations and project delivery
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth

✅ What We're Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial / Technical Sales
• Background in Precision Engineering, CNC/VMC Machining, or Manufacturing preferred
• Experience handling both Indian and Export markets
• Strong knowledge of: CNC & VMC Machining | Turned & Precision Components | Engineering Drawings | Manufacturing Processes | Export & International Business
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
