About the role

  • Monitoring feedback and risks related to change adoption and escalating issues as needed

  • Summarizing feedback from engagement sessions, training, and communications to inform planning

  • Preparing presentation materials, reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders

  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to the Change, Training, and Communications teams

These skills will make you successful:

  • Degree or diploma in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience supporting change initiatives, preferably in a project environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with SharePoint and project tools

  • Knowledge of change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) considered an asset

  • Experience in utilities, ERP, or large-scale system implementations is a bonus
