Compensation:
$100,000+ per year potential Commission Based
Responsibilities:
- Buyer and seller showings
- Hosting open houses
- Converting and following up on team-generated leads
- Listing and offer preparation
- Strata document review and summaries
- Buyer tours
- CMA preparation
- Managing the full lifecycle of a sale or purchase
- Marketing and listing preparation
Qualifications:
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to complete detailed work accurately and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general internet tools
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to tackle any task
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
