What You'll Be Doing

Act as the client's primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

Lead healthcare capital projects from planning through construction
-
Manage consultants, contractors, and institutional stakeholders
-
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations

Lead project and site meetings to resolve issues and coordinate stakeholders
-
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality management processes
-
Monitor project progress through schedules, financial tracking, and status reporting
-
Manage change management processes, payment certificates, and project documentation
-
Support business development efforts and the pursuit of new healthcare capital projects
What We're Looking For
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
-
Experience representing owners or institutional clients
-
Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare or long-term care capital projects
Project Types (Preferred)
Experience in projects such as:

Hospitals or acute care facilities
-
Long-term care or senior living facilities
-
Institutional healthcare infrastructure
-
Complex capital construction projects
Education
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
Technical Skills
-
Strong understanding of project management best practices
-
Experience managing multi-stakeholder infrastructure or construction projects
-
Proficiency with MS Project or scheduling tools
-
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Certifications
-
PMP designation considered a strong asset

Support is available for candidates pursuing PMP certification
Soft Skills

Compensation & Work Model
Base Salary:
$72,158 - $103,993 CAD
Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
