About the role

Job Summary Reporting to the supervisor of breakfast service, the breakfast attendant is responsible for setting up the breakfast service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

YOUR ROLE

  • Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas
  • Prepare or serve menu items
  • Provide a great customer service experience to our guests
  • Serve Breakfast items
  • Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
  • Clean service or seating areas
  • Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
  • Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products

YOUR PROFILE

  • High school diploma
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Good physical condition
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team and possesses a positive attitude
  • A second language, an asset
