Role Summary
The Network & Computer Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to clients across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and execution-focused. You will work independently on assigned tickets and scheduled visits while collaborating closely with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote support for Windows-based desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches)
- Support Microsoft 365, email, backups, and basic cloud services
- Accurately document work performed in tickets and time entries
- Ensure all customer visits are scheduled and updated in the service calendar
- Work tickets toward closure within established service targets
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow internal communication protocols
Required Qualifications
- 2?5 years of experience in a technical support or MSP environment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and common business applications
- Customer-service mindset with clear and professional communication
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and documentation independently
- Valid driver?s license and ability to travel to customer sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with backup solutions and basic cybersecurity concepts
- MSP or multi-client environment experience
