About the Role

We are looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead Snaplii’s Impact affiliate program and execute influencer-driven growth campaigns across North America. This role blends structured affiliate management with hands-on influencer execution, driving scalable user acquisition while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing (Impact Platform)

  • Own and operate Snaplii’s Impact account end-to-end: onboarding, tracking setup, campaign launches, reporting, optimization.
  • Recruit and manage affiliate partners (deal sites, cashback publishers, blogs, media outlets).
  • Develop payout structures and commission models aligned with CAC targets.
  • Monitor KPIs (activations, CPA, ROI), analyze performance, and deliver monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Snaplii’s brand and legal standards.

Influencer Marketing Execution

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and blogs.
  • Manage the full cycle: sourcing negotiation briefing content review performance tracking.
  • Scale influencer partnerships into a semi-affiliate pool with sustainable, repeatable promotions.
  • Provide influencers with creative assets, promo codes, and messaging guidance.
  • Continuously test content angles (prepaid vs. gift card vs. deals positioning) to refine strategy.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and influencers.
  • Run partner engagement activities (exclusive offers, newsletters, performance insights).
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or digital partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with Impact (preferred) or similar affiliate platforms (CJ, Rakuten, Awin).
  • Proven track record with influencer campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven: comfortable with CAC, ROI, tracking links, attribution.
  • Highly organized, able to balance structured management and ad-hoc execution.
