Position Summary
Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
Position Requirements
- Must have experience with Tadano RT Cranes up to 100T
- Possession of a valid Journeyman (JM) Crane Operator Ticket
- A clean five-year driver’s abstract is required
Compensation and Shift Details
- Base wage: $49.20 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement
- Nightshift: $3.00 per hour premium for working nights
- ITC Premium: $4.00 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
Additional Information
- Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work tests
- No travel and living-out expenses provided

The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Upon its completion in 2028, the facility will be Canada’s largest clean hydrogen production site and among the largest globally.
