Role Overview We're looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Paid Social Specialist to join our growing media team. You'll play a key role in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across a diverse portfolio of consumer and corporate brands. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on paid social experience who loves diving into performance data, testing new ideas, and translating insights into measurable business results. You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, account teams, and clients to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. You'll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where no two days are the same and where experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms. Execute campaign setup including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, creative trafficking, tracking implementation, and quality assurance. Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion performance. Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate closely with Creative, Social and PR teams to develop high-performing paid creative, messaging, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives. Support A/B testing across audiences, creative assets, copy, placements, and campaign objectives to continuously improve results. Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients. Assist with media planning, budget pacing, forecasting, and campaign reconciliations. Ensure proper implementation of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTM tracking, and other measurement best practices. Stay current on platform updates, advertising policies, privacy changes, and emerging paid social trends. Identify new platform opportunities, audience strategies, and testing ideas that help clients stay ahead of the market. Support senior team members with campaign execution, client deliverables, and ongoing optimization initiatives while contributing ideas during planning sessions.

Qualifications 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment. Experience running campaigns through Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Google, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads, or Reddit Ads is considered an asset. Understanding of paid media fundamentals including campaign objectives, audience targeting, conversion funnels, attribution, and optimization strategies. Comfortable working with campaign budgets and interpreting performance metrics to make informed optimization decisions. Experience with reporting and analytics tools including Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Motion, or similar reporting platforms. Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTM parameters, and event measurement is an asset. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present performance insights clearly to internal stakeholders. Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving agency environment. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is considered an asset. A genuine curiosity for digital advertising, platform innovation, and emerging performance marketing trends.
