We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Merchandising Services Administrator to join our Merchandising Services team in Langley, BC. This temporary position is expected to last 12 months.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Merchandising Services you will be responsible for overview of job. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting multiple office departments and all retail stores to investigate and solve pricing and promotional inquiries, ensuring we maintain our pricing integrity.
You will be responsible for:
- Investigating and solving pricing & promotional inquiries to ensure pricing integrity.
- Troubleshooting pricing or promotional escalations with IT.
- Working with IT to test various merchandising and POS systems.
- Supporting multiple areas of the business including Merchandising, Marketing, More Rewards, IT, Finance, E-commerce, and retail stores.
- Coordinating new and existing merchandising and marketing programs, including testing & creating advanced offers.
- Writing memos/emails communicating changes and issues to all areas of the business.
- Supporting new store openings and integration.
You have:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Experience working in a retail store and price change is an asset.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and statutory holidays as needed.
- Ability to travel locally to stores on an as-needed basis

- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- A critical thinker, capable of researching and investigating, who can apply insights effectively.
- Able to multitask with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Details: $48,864.00 - $61,080.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
