Hours of Work: days, nights, weekends – 12-hour shifts
Rate of Pay: $37.604 - $39.020 per hour

We offer 14% in lieu of benefits (with or without HOOPP) At this time this opportunity is scheduled 12-hour shifts
As The Successful Applicant, You Will Do The Following
Provide direct patient care within the RPN scope of practice. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the healthcare team. Deliver supportive, preventive, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative care. Promote patient health, safety, and well-being. Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care. Being able to navigate hyperacute - high volume shifts. Work independently and as part of the fast-paced ED team.
Required
What You’ll Bring
Current Registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
BLS, ACLS, Physical Assessment course One-year recent experience in acute care nursing
Preferred
Current emergency nursing experience
Coronary Care Level 1 Meditech Expanse

About COLLINGWOOD GENERAL & MARINE HOSPITAL
Collingwood General and Marine Hospital (CGMH) is an 84 bed hospital located in Collingwood, Ontario (approximately 90 minutes north of Toronto) that serves more than 74,000 permanent residents and 3.5 Million annual visitors to the communities of Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Clearview and the Blue Mountains. CGMH is an acute care hospital providing emergency care, diagnostic services including lab, imaging and cardio respiratory therapy, as well as two inpatient units (medicine and surgery). In addition, CGMH also provides care in specialty areas including obstetrics, orthopaedics, intensive care and surgery. The Hospital also provides out patient care including dialysis and a wide range of clinics including mental health and rehabilitation services.
