Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales KPIs, targets, and revenue goals.
• Convert qualified leads into long-term client partnerships.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, product demonstrations, and quotes.
• Maintain records, schedule meetings, and conduct follow-ups using CRM software.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success team to facilitate on-site Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, integrators, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships in the packaging and automation industry.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas.
• Provide feedback to inform product development and future innovations.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts.
• Conduct detailed product demos and interpret technical drawings for clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote the brand and nurture relationships.
• Maintain open communication to ensure post-sale client satisfaction.
• Handle objections professionally and focus on value-based selling.

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of automation or machinery
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel (20-30%).
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications and product features.
• Strong listening skills and focus on customer needs.
