Steamoji is expanding, and we’re looking for an Sales Coordinator to help more families discover our programs. This role combines communication, community engagement, and sales — with a focus on converting interest into enrollments and supporting the academy’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do
Lead, Convert & Support Growth Connect with warm inbound leads (no cold calling) Clearly explain program benefits, pricing, and enrollment options Schedule and host trial sessions and consultations Convert trials into enrollments and meet monthly targets Contribute to steady, healthy enrollment growth Present & Engage Host tours, demos, and open houses Confidently present to parents and kids Handle questions with professionalism and clarity Community Outreach Visit schools and community centers Attend local events to generate interest Positively represent our academy in the community Track & Report Maintain accurate CRM/spreadsheet data Track conversions and weekly performance metrics Who Will Thrive in This Role You will likely excel in this role if you are: A confident communicator who enjoys sales conversations Skilled at moving families from “interested” to “enrolled” Organized with excellent follow-up habits Comfortable presenting in groups or one-on-one Motivated by targets and visible progress Passionate about youth programs, education, or STEAM Backgrounds that often fit well: Sales, admissions, or recruiting Customer service or outreach Camps, tutoring, or youth programs Events, marketing, or community engagement Qualifications Must Have Post-secondary education (Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or similar) Experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles Demonstrated ability to close sales or convert leads Strong English communication and presentation skills Organized with strong follow-through Comfortable engaging both children and parents Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets Nice to Have (Not Required) Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish Experience in education, camps, tutoring, or STEAM fields We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities. Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, Permanent Base hourly wage + commission on enrollments Evening/weekend availability needed for trials and events This role offers a mix of stability and strong performance upside for motivated individuals.
