About the role
Job Description Were looking for a growth transformation HR Leader to lead people operations for end-to-end supply chain operations and a 10 person HR team (hourly & salary) based at a high-speed Jumbo 1000 employee Food & Beverage manufacturing plant . This is a great opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands non-union dynamics, and knows how to build strong teams and culture during periods of growth change for Canadian Operations with a matrix led Global CPG F&B Manufacturing organization.
What Youll Do Lead a team of 10 HR professionals Guide the site through change and support daily HR operations
Build trust with union reps and hourly employees
Improve communication, accountability, and team engagement
Partner with plant leadership and share key HR metrics
Support LEAN and continuous improvement culture across the site
Qualifications What Were Looking For 5+ years of HR leadership in a non-unionized Supply Chain CPG Food & Beverage or non F&B CPG co over Canadian Supply Chain Operations Experience managing change in fast-paced manufacturing environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop people and teams
Comfortable working with unions and plant leadership
Confident presenting data and HR insights to senior stakeholders
Bilingual French & English
Background in LEAN or CI practices is a plus
