Position: STEM or Humanities Educator for AI Project
Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$55/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Develop and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction to improve AI model performance.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to enhance training data quality.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and relevance across datasets.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Licensed teacher or professor in the United States or internationally.
- 3+ years of full-time teaching experience.
- Bachelor's degree in education or a STEM subject area.
- Strong written communication skills and a passion for education.
Preferred
- Experience as a department head or instructional coach in STEM or Humanities areas.
- Former teachers recently transitioned from the classroom with continued ties to education.
Start Date
- Immediate; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
