Functioning with minimal oversight, this role takes ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end process of material and vendor set up, costing, promotion management, forecasting and replenishment. Responsibilities include set up and maintenance of vendor and product master data; cost and price changes; assurance of data quality; issue resolution; forecasting and replenishment for warehouse stocked, cross dock and flow items; cost optimization and management of aged inventory. The Analyst, Supply Chain and Master Data actively makes decisions for weekly purchases more than $2 mi

- a Entry:Set-up and maintain data pertaining to vendors, new products, existing products, cost and price changes, promotional activity using provided tools and pro
cedures.

- tigation:Review data entry requests for accuracy and reasonability and potential conflicts with data already in th
- e system.Investigate errors to identify the root cause of the issue before completing the assigned data entry
- request.Work with multiple computer systems in ensuring data consistency and
accuracy.

- solution: Communicate via phone, email and in-person with category managers and suppliers to seek resolution before completing the assigned data entry reques

- ppropriateReviews chain wide inventory and initiates transfers of goods
