Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Inventory Manager in the Plastics Manufacturing industry in Wallaceburg, Ontario.
Are you a hands-on operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking an Inventory & Project Manager to lead production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional projects while ensuring customer demand is met efficiently and cost-effectively. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operations, sales, finance, and production teams to improve processes, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Total rewards

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain inventory levels to support customer demand Create and manage production schedules based on forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity Coordinate raw material deliveries and ensure material availability Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories Lead capital projects and operational improvement initiatives Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing efficiency Prepare reports and analyze operational data to support decision-making
Requirements
Possess post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field Bring 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment Demonstrate experience with production scheduling and inventory management Have project management experience within an operational setting Utilize ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills effectively Understand manufacturing operations, ideally within plastic injection moulding Apply strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
