Are you organized, efficient, and good at handling multiple tasks? If you're eager to learn and want to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, this role could be a great fit for you! You will help support IT projects and service requests related to Irving Shipbuilding.
This position requires full-time on-site presence.
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Help track the progress of IT projects and keep important documents organized

Manage inventory of IT equipment

Assist with ordering IT products and services (known as the "Procure to Pay" process)

Create financial reports to show how IT resources are being used

Prepare presentation materials for team meetings

Make sure all projects follow company guidelines and are properly documented

Current enrollment in an accredited university co-op program, business or computer science preferred

Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

Desire to problem solve and work with others to map out processes to pinpoint improvements

Proficiency in written and verbal English communication

Curiosity, drive for excellence and deep interest in technology
