Purpose of the role The Marketing Activations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple activations within the content team. He or she will primarily oversee the marketing component of La Vie en Rose’s store opening strategy. He or she will ensure smooth communication between head office and the stores regarding marketing initiatives and large-scale campaigns. He or she will independently manage their own projects while supporting the marketing strategy and communications team in organizing various campaigns and events. He or she will also manage relationships with the company’s marketing partners. Resourceful and autonomous, the ideal candidate is proactive and has a genuine interest in fashion and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently coordinate the planning of store openings and in-store events.
  • Propose and organize marketing activations in stores and shopping centers.
  • Ensure brand visibility and engagement at shopping centers and with other partners.
  • Draft and distribute internal memos communicating promotions, events, or other marketing activities.
  • Coordinate traditional marketing advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support marketing activations and campaigns.
  • Work independently and provide reports on the various marketing activations under their responsibility.
  • Adjust campaigns and activations by proposing improvements or new ideas based on post-campaign analysis.
  • Maintain and update the Marketing Actions and Initiatives Calendar for the marketing department.
  • Respond to questions from stores and departments and provide support as needed.
  • Compile monthly reports accurately to track the performance of the company’s promotional partners and ensure their distribution.
  • Provide necessary content to partners to ensure successful promotional campaigns.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing various projects.
  • Follow up on and record invoices received from suppliers and partners.
  • Anticipate departmental needs and provide proactive support.

Requirements

  • College or university degree (undergraduate level) in administration, marketing, fashion, or another related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
