You will lead and support diverse projects from concept to completion, using data, insights, and best practices to deliver effective, engaging, and on-brand campaigns.

  • Collaborate with in-house marketing specialists (including social media, design, and web) to align messaging and timelines, while maintaining accountability for cohesive and effective execution.
  • Adapt your role based on project needs. Sometimes you’ll lead the charge, sometimes you will support…and always with a focus on delivering great quality work!

Performance measurement & optimization

  • Track and evaluate project & campaign results leveraging data and feedback.
  • Share insights and apply them to future projects.
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Job Requirements:

What do you need to bring to this position?

  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex marketing and communications projects, with a track record of developing integrated campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Experienced in using a strategic mix of paid (advertising), owned (websites, newsletters), earned (media coverage), and shared (social media) channels, with a clear understanding of how to align tactics with audience needs and campaign objectives.
  • Great organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects and timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms.

  • Comfortable working independently, while also thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Confident in collecting and using data and web analytics to inform strategy, measure impact, and optimize performance.
  • Experience in the public or non-profit sector is an asset.
