What You’ll Be Doing
-**Full-Cycle Support:**Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to coordinating final interviews. -**Active Sourcing:**Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage with top-tier passive candidates for sales, tech, and operations roles. -**Candidate Screening:**Conduct initial resume reviews and high-volume phone screens to assess culture fit and basic qualifications. -**Coordination:**Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every applicant. -**Employer Branding:**Help brainstorm and execute initiatives that make OneLocal the employer of choice in the SaaS space. -**Data Integrity:**Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and up-to-date to ensure accurate hiring metrics.
What You Bring
-**Educational Background:**Recent graduate or current student in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field. -**The "Hustle" Factor:**A proactive, results-driven mindset; you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or try new ways to find talent. -**Exceptional Communication:**Strong written and verbal skills—you’ll be the first point of contact for many potential hires. -**Organization:**The ability to juggle multiple calendars and candidate pipelines without breaking a sweat. -**Tech Savviness:**Comfortable learning new software quickly (experience with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus!).
