Description:
Who We Are
Carbon6, now proudly part of SPS Commerce, is transforming the future of ecommerce. Our mission is to simplify success for online sellers by removing barriers and building an ecosystem of tools, resources, and community. Developed by expert sellers, entrepreneurs, and marketplace veterans, our solutions support businesses at every stage of their journey — from launch to global scale.
In early 2025, Carbon6 was acquired by SPS Commerce, the industry’s leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions. This milestone marked a powerful evolution of our vision. Together, we’re integrating Carbon6’s ecommerce platform with SPS’s vast retail network to help sellers grow more efficiently, profitably, and intelligently.
As a global team across North America, Europe, and Asia, we thrive on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Whether you're building new technologies, supporting sellers, or scaling operations, you’ll join a community that’s shaping the future of retail and ecommerce — together.
The Opportunity (Toronto - Hybrid)
We’re seeking a data-driven operator to supercharge the Carbon6 partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll deliver the reporting, insights, and operational frameworks that give our external partners and internal teams full visibility into performance — and the confidence to act on it. You’ll equip Partner Managers with the intelligence to target high-value opportunities, segment and assign territories for maximum coverage, and track progress against revenue goals with precision.
Working closely with Revenue Operations, the Director of Strategic Partnerships, and the Head of Revenue, you’ll connect data to strategy, ensuring every decision is grounded in clear, actionable insights. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your analysis, systems thinking, and execution will directly shape partner success and Carbon6’s growth trajectory.
Your Impact
Partner Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain reporting that gives external partners and internal teams real-time visibility into performance, KPIs, and trends.
Strategic Opportunity Targeting: Provide Partner Managers with the data and analysis they need to prioritize high-value opportunities and improve results in their book of business.
Partner Segmentation & Territories: Design and manage partner segmentation models and territory assignments to optimize coverage and align with revenue goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret performance metrics to surface risks, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions.
Commission Support: Oversee partner commission data and calculations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication.
Tool Administration: Manage and enhance Salesforce, PartnerStack, and related systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient workflows.
Rev Ops & Leadership Support: Partner closely with Revenue Operations, the Director of Strategic Partnerships, and the Head of Revenue to ensure data, reporting, and insights directly support strategic decision-making.
Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation so reporting, segmentation, and operational processes are repeatable and scalable.
Your Qualifications
Proven Experience: 2+ years in partner operations, sales operations, or a related analytical/operations role; experience in SaaS or marketplace environments is a plus.
Data Analysis Expertise: Skilled at extracting, analyzing, and interpreting partner performance data to drive strategic action; comfortable designing scalable reporting solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and SQL; bonus for experience with PartnerStack, Looker, or Python.
Excellent Communication: You can break down complex concepts into understandable terms, inspiring action with your communication skills. You are gifted in both speaking and listening, leading to a more transparent and effective communication process. You are equally eloquent and comfortable communicating in writing, in person, and when speaking to large groups.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Adept at diagnosing root causes, anticipating downstream impacts, and developing solutions that stick.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing data, reports, and operational processes — nothing slips through the cracks.
Systems Thinking: Understands how all operational components connect and can balance fast, scrappy solutions with long-term scalability.
Self-Starter: Thrives in environments with autonomy, driving projects forward without constant direction.
