We are seeking a professional, sales-driven Key Holder Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you are the essential link between our product and our clients—delivering an elevated shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and consistently meeting personal and store sales targets. As a Key Holder, you are also entrusted with securely opening and closing the store and acting as supervisor-on-duty in the absence of management.
You Will: Follow standard operating procedures and complete tasks assigned by Manager Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on fit and product assortment to support selling. Provide attentive, personalized and thoughtful service to every client. Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through genuine, lasting relationships; leveraging Endear on a routine basis. Resolve client concerns professionally to create a positive shopping experience while upholding brand policies. Open and close the store securely, manage alarm systems, and follow all security protocols (Key Holder responsibility). Conduct accurate POS transactions (via Shopify) and follow proper cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, boutique-level environment and uphold visual merchandising standards as directed. Comply with all brand and store policies and procedures. Act as supervisor / manager-on-duty in management’s absence. Support, coach, and help train fellow sales associates. Assist with daily execution to keep the store running smoothly. You Are Passionate for high-quality fashion, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Kind, outgoing, and client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Detail-oriented with a refined sense of presentation and commitment to following brand policy and standard operating procedure. A polished, professional who takes pride in presenting themselves in a fashion forward manner You Have Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion. Key holder experience preferred. High school diploma or GED (not required). Proficiency with POS systems and the ability to learn new technology quickly. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays. A professional and positive team-oriented attitude.
