As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Overhead Door product offering into Ontario, and we are looking for driven sales professionals to help lead the way.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive the sales of overhead door products across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and representing Allmar’s commitment to quality and service in the commercial and residential markets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow market share and achieve sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, property managers, and architects.

Promote Allmar’s overhead door product line and provide expert product knowledge to clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through site visits and follow-ups.

Collaborate with Allmar’s internal teams (estimating, operations, installation) to deliver end-to-end project success.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regional construction developments.

Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular reports on sales activity and forecasts.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in overhead doors, construction, or building materials.

Knowledge of the Ontario construction market, particularly in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, is an asset.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a sales territory independently.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
