The program prioritizes scalability and multilingual training, ensuring accessibility across various jurisdictions. This program will approve training providers to deliver IFRS Foundation content following a rigorous vetting process.

Job Summary: As a Product Manager, you will oversee the launching and initial phase of this new IFRS training program. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing new processes and systems during the critical first 9-12 months, which will see the highest influx of training organizations and trainings delivered. You will work closely with ISSB Education Team for training content development and management. You will work closely with the Product Marketing team to develop effective product positioning and marketing campaigns, and with the Renewal Manager to ensure accurate product renewals and address any escalated issues. Additionally, you will lead the scoping of technology solutions in collaboration with the Technology team.

  • Manage the onboarding process for the initial influx of training organizations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

  • Design, implement, and optimize new processes and systems to support program operations and customer management.

  • This includes processes to conduct due diligence of prospective training organizations; maintain accurate records of their status and royalty statements; management of the certificate process for training attendees and attendee surveys; peer learning meetings among training organizations; and the annual renewal process.

  • Act as the primary contact for training organizations, providing updates on content or training changes, facilitating feedback for the Education team, and answering all logistics and commercial questions.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and performance metrics to support future program iterations and transitions.

  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to market the program to potential customers.

  • Liaise with the ISSB Education Team on the development and maintenance of all training content (slide deck and script/talking points), ancillary materials (trainer assessment, living Q&A document) and trainer assessment.

  • Develop and execute a transition plan to integrate the program into the earned revenue team, identifying roles and responsibilities for ongoing management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
